She earned her PhD in Exercise Physiology and practices a healthy lifestyle by lifting, hiking, biking, and clean eating daily. Her purpose is to inspire women to become fearless entrepreneurs and she continues to offer platforms for their amazing voices to be heard.

Melissa Wooldridge Breton is a 21st Century Nightingale, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Holistic Nurse, Integrative Health & Wellness Nurse Coach, Functional Nurse Consultant, YTT-200 YOGA Instructor, REIKI Master, Sound Emissary, retreat leader, and founder of ECLIPSE Holistic Living a thriving healing arts co-creative community collective.
